Yes, we accept custom and personalized orders. Please note that such orders require additional time to craft and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Studio EarthBloom hosts pottery workshops for beginners and enthusiasts. Options include hand-building, underglaze painting, and wheel pottery sessions. We also organize special workshops like EarthBloom Specials, focusing on specific pottery techniques such as Sgraffito. Additionally, we host non-pottery workshops like weaving and punch needle, depending on availability

Our workshops are designed for all age groups(age 5 onwards), from beginners to advanced pottery enthusiasts. Whether you're trying pottery for the first time or honing your skills, we have something for everyone

Workshop bookings can be canceled but will attract a 25% cancellation charge. Rescheduling may be allowed in exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, at the discretion of Studio EarthBloom

We ship across India using reliable courier services. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on your location. For fragile pottery items, we use secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund based on product availability. Read our Refund Policy for more details.

Visitors are welcome but only by appointment, as Studio EarthBloom is also our workplace. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

Most of our products are microwave and dishwasher safe, but specific care instructions are provided for each item. Please read the product details carefully or reach out for guidance

To ensure the longevity of your handmade pottery:

Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., moving directly from the fridge to a microwave).
Handwashing is recommended, even for dishwasher-safe items.
Use mild detergent and avoid abrasive scrubbers
