Studio EarthBloom ships products across India. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
Delivery timeframes:
- For areas serviced by major couriers: 3-5 business days from the date of shipping.
- For remote locations: 7-10 business days via local delivery services.
Unforeseen delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control may occasionally occur. Studio EarthBloom is not liable for such delays and requests your patience as we work to resolve them.
Studio EarthBloom reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion in cases of prolonged delivery times or untraceable shipments. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed promptly.

Breakage and Damage Policy:

Studio EarthBloom takes great care in packaging fragile items like pottery to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at studioearthbloom@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Upon review and approval, a replacement or refund will be initiated based on product availability.
Studio EarthBloom is not liable for minor variations or imperfections in handmade items, as these are inherent to their artisanal nature.
