Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The returned product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and accompanied by all original packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and any other relevant documents.
Returns will not be accepted for custom or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged.

Refund Policy:

Once the returned product is received and inspected by Studio EarthBloom, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method or another method as agreed.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund and Cancellation for Workshops and Services:

Due to the nature of workshops and services, no refunds will be provided once the payment has been made.
Cancellations are not allowed for workshops or services once booked. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), rescheduling to a later date may be considered at the sole discretion of Studio EarthBloom.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be allowed. However, returns can be initiated as per the return policy.

Breakage and Damage Policy:
Studio EarthBloom takes great care in packaging fragile items like pottery to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at studioearthbloom@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Upon review and approval, a replacement or refund will be initiated based on product availability.
Studio EarthBloom is not liable for minor variations or imperfections in handmade items, as these are inherent to their artisanal nature.
